I&#39;ve been to this place on a regular basis for the last couple of years. They serve decent Italian food (Pizza, Pasta, Meat, Fish) and are usually very friendly. They have a bistro (that also sells deli food like Italian ham and cheese etc.) and a proper restaurant, so it&#39;s good for a quick meal but also a more special occasion. Further, they offer a great take-away service that usually takes 10-15 minutes. The atmosphere is quite nice as they did some refurbishing last year.

Villa Antica

The decor in the large terrance room includes large blow ups of the Luisitania in English from newspaper reports at the time of the sinking. To some people this was one of the first war crimes committed by Germany and represented the start of something much worse. Members of my family were killed on this ship and this wallpaper is wholly inappropriate in any form of restaurant but especially one in Germany.

Don&#39;t know where to start..... Was impressed when i entered the restaurant with my Girlfriend and her aunt. Nice ambience and happy enviorment. BUT....took a lot of time for the food to arrive and after so much waiting i felt so angry and disappointed with the food. I ordered a steak which not even cooked properly. Looked like a piece of meat grilled on high heat. it was raw inside and undercooked at bottom and overcooked top. A TOTAL WASTE!!! On top of that a BIG DISASTER : My aunt found a screw in her dish. Yes, A SCREW and for this kind of reputed restaurant having a screw in a dish is totally unacceptable. And worst the waiters started defending themselves explaining why there was a screw in the food. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE &amp; WASTE of TIME &amp; MONEY.

This is a very good restaurant were typical food from the German cuisine is well prepared and served together with own produced beer. The building is a beautiful refurbished old train station.

Convenient transportation, easy to find, the whole environment is very local, the ingredients are also very fresh
